About The Position

Legacy House of Southern Hills in Las Vegas, NV is looking to hire a full-time Assisted Living Coordinator. This healthcare position earns a competitive salary starting at $45,000/year. Requirements

Exceptional leadership skills.
Supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in an assisted living setting.
A heart for serving seniors.
Experience as a caregiver, preferably in an assisted living setting.
Compassionate and able to easily build relationships.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to effectively teach, train, and coach team members.
Diligent in finding solutions and getting great results.

Nice To Haves

Nevada-approved Med-Tech certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and train staff members.
Supervise caregivers and med tech associates.
Ensure that care plans are complete and accurate.
Inspire team members to take pride in their work and provide the best healthcare services possible.
Ensure residents are protected and provided the dignity, rights, and confidentiality they are entitled to.
