Requirements

1+ year of experience as a line cook or similar food service role
Ability to work as part of a team and step in where needed

Responsibilities

Preparing and cooking meals according to established menus while ensuring quality and consistency
Accommodating special diets and dietary needs with professionalism and care
Maintaining a clean, well-organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
Assisting with food service and cleanup to support smooth daily operations
Collaborating with kitchen and care staff to meet residents' needs
Staying organized and planning ahead in a fast-moving kitchen setting
