Requirements
- A compassionate and patient individual
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and able to follow care guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required—we provide training
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate support with meals, hygiene, mobility, and more
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition
- Participate in resident programs and daily activities
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas and complete laundry tasks
- Respond quickly to resident and family needs
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service
- Work collaboratively with coworkers across all units
- Attend required training sessions and staff meetings
