About The Position
Hidden Springs of McKinney is an exciting, new senior living community in McKinney, TX, offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. They deliver a personalized and uplifting experience to everyone who lives there. This role offers a variety of duties, small-scale residential “neighborhoods”, a person-centered model of care, and a 4 on/2 off work schedule. The job involves making regular rounds, responding to resident pendants for assistance with toileting and other needs, and performing other duties as needed in addition to hands-on personal care.
Requirements
- Training and/or experience as a caregiver
- Be very dependable
- Have patience and the ability to relate to people with memory challenges
- Want to work as part of a team
Responsibilities
