Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Support residents in maintaining their highest level of independence
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meal support, engagement, and daily routines
- Foster a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and families through quality care and companionship
