Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• A compassionate and patient individual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dependable and able to follow care guidelines

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required—we provide training

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate support with meals, hygiene, mobility, and more
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition
• Participate in resident programs and daily activities
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and complete laundry tasks
• Respond quickly to resident and family needs
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service
• Work collaboratively with coworkers across all units
• Attend required training sessions and staff meetings
