Ashley Manor is seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead our 12-bed memory care residence in Boise. In this role, you'll set the tone for a warm, home-like environment while overseeing daily operations, staff, and quality of care for residents living with memory loss. Requirements
- Healthcare supervisory experience in senior care.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior organizational and time management skills.
- A genuine passion for working with seniors and improving their quality of life.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to obtain your Administrator license.
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Must possess valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and personal automobile insurance
Responsibilities
- Advocate for residents, families, and staff while fostering a strong team environment.
- Participate actively in the recruitment process, set clear expectations, and train staff in quality care standards and techniques.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to company and state regulations.
- Fully responsible for creating and managing staff schedules.
- Create and update detailed care plans for residents to ensure they receive the best care.
- Oversee budget and financial performance, ensuring the community operates within its financial means.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents' families and the broader community.
