About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring an Assisted Homecare Manager to lead operations in their Gloucester office. This role is for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference in people's lives. The position involves overseeing daily operations of home care services, managing scheduling, ensuring strong client-caregiver matches, maintaining communication with clients, families, and care teams, monitoring quality of care and client satisfaction, leading and supporting office staff and caregivers, assisting with recruiting and onboarding, ensuring compliance with state regulations, handling documentation and payroll preparation, and participating in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of home care experience
  • 2+ years of leadership/management experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
  • Tech-comfortable (Microsoft Office, electronic systems)
  • Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation

  • ASAP experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of home care services (HHA, CNA, PCA, Homemaker, Companion)
  • Manage scheduling and ensure strong client–caregiver matches

  • Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards
  • Handle reports, documentation, and payroll prep
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed
