Provides personal care and social/recreation/leisure activities to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of clients/patients/residents. Requirements

  • Six (6) months experience in health care
  • Continuing Care Assistant certificate (CCA)
  • Organizational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Basic - Computer skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work with special needs clients/patients/residents
  • Valid driver's license, where required
  • Required education or equivalent must be completed within a specified timeframe
  • No guaranteed hours
