About The Position

The Crossing at Kokomo is seeking an Executive Director. Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join their team. As an Assisted Living and Independent Community Administrator/Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the Assisted Living and Independent Community. This includes achieving and maintaining targeted occupancy goals, supervising and developing all employees, ensuring services exceed customer needs and expectations, and overseeing day-to-day activities.

Requirements

• MUST CARRY A RCA OR HRA LICENSE IN THE STATE OF INDIANA
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, consultants, providers, and governmental agencies, their representatives, and the community at large
• Current knowledge of local, state, and federal guidelines and regulations
• Minimum of two years of experience in an AL setting
• Must possess a high level of tact, sensitivity, and professionalism
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
