About The Position

At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are seeking a qualified Assistant Wrap (After Care) Teacher to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who view teaching young children as more than just a job and are passionate about shaping the future. The role involves working with children in an after-care program, offering a shift from 12 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. We are looking for dedicated educators who are eager to grow in their careers while making a significant difference in the lives of children and their families.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• Previous experience working in a childcare center
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements

Nice To Haves

• Completed EDU 119
• 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
