About The Position

At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are seeking passionate and qualified Assistant Teachers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who view teaching young children as more than just a job and are dedicated to shaping the future. The position follows a wrap-around schedule, encompassing before and after school hours, and involves a split shift. We are committed to providing a supportive environment where educators can grow their careers while making a significant impact on children and families.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Completed EDU 119
• Three additional semester hours in Early Childhood Education (ECE) classes (or 12+ hours of ECE coursework, or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
