Part-Time Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach
About The Position
Penn State Hazleton, a member of the Penn State University Athletic Conference, is accepting applications for an Assistant Coach in the sport of Women's Volleyball within the Department of Athletics. The Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in practice preparation, player development, gameday coaching, and recruiting when applicable. This position requires strict adherence to PSUAC, United States Collegiate Athletic Association and NCAA Division III rules. Hours are primarily in-season from August to November, but some off-season work may be required. Must be well versed in the sport of volleyball with previous coaching experience preferred. This is a part-time position.
Requirements
- Must be well versed in the sport of volleyball
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Requires strict adherence to PSUAC, United States Collegiate Athletic Association and NCAA Division III rules
- Requires a valid driver’s license
- Requires successful completion of a motor vehicle records check
- Requires PA State Police Criminal Background Check
- Requires PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form
- Requires Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check
