About The Position

Frostburg State University Athletics Department is accepting applications for a full-time contractual exempt Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach position. The starting Base Annual Salary is approximately $44,948, which is pro-rated based on the contract term. FSU boasts 25 varsity sports (11 men/14 women) at the NCAA Division II level that compete in the Mountain East Conference and the East Coast Conference. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • One year of coaching or other related work experience.
  • Previous competing experience at the collegiate level.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree
  • Two years of collegiate coaching experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Coach with coaching and supervision of the Women’s Lacrosse Team.
  • Help monitor and advise student-athletes to ensure academic success.
  • Assist in evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
