About The Position

Kutztown University, an NCAA Division II member competing in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC), is seeking a part-time Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach. The university enrolls approximately 8,500 students and is committed to hiring employees with extensive experience working with diverse populations. The Assistant Coach will be responsible for administering and/or assisting with all aspects of the women's lacrosse program, including recruiting, discipline, budget management, scheduling, scouting, summer sports camps, NCAA compliance, student affairs and academics, equipment management, and training and strength development. The role also involves program promotion, public relations, media activities, and participation in fundraising.

Requirements

Ability to communicate well
Ability to perform well in an interview and/or coaching demonstration
Three years of successful coaching experience or elite level playing experience
Cultural competency as it relates to working with diverse populations
