About The Position

Coordinate inbound storage and flow thru trailers and logs all storage and flow thru merchandise. This role is responsible for the setup of all flow thru and storage items in Catalyst, accurately reporting trailer movement, and reconciling the storage log. The Assistant WMS Coordinator also monitors 'Ad Items' to ensure they are available for the scheduled ship date and performs inventory adjustments for flow thru and storage items. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information is also a key aspect of this position. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• High School preferred.
• Four to six months clerical or similar work experience in a Retail Distribution Center or Warehouse environment is preferred.
• Must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows.
• Working knowledge of WMS preferred.
• Must have Manup equipment experience.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and management team.
• Able to perform all essential functions of the job.
• These functions require the ability to frequently lift and move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift 10-25 pounds, and rarely lift 25-50 pounds.
• Must be able to meet the demands of frequent sitting, moderate walking, occasional standing, stooping, kneeling or climbing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the “set up” of all flow thru and storage items in Catalyst.
• Accurately reports flow thru and storage trailer movement to management and production departments via a daily storage trailer log.
• Responsible for daily reconciliation of the storage log to ensure all trailers are accurately accounted for.
• Monitors “Ad Items” to ensure that they are available for the scheduled ship date.
• Accurately performs inventory adjustments regarding flow thru and storage items.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
