About The Position

This position will support the Senior Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs and External Engagement with university policy reviews, governance documents, promotion and tenure reviews, conflict of interest and processes as well as other needs that the faculty affairs team may encounter. This role will engage with other offices including Legal Affairs, Human Resources, Compliance and Integrity, etc.

Requirements

• Master's Level Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Five years of progressive responsibility in an academic setting
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage highly visible projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build strong and sustaining relationships
• Demonstrated ability to creatively and professionally work with faculty and academic leaders to assess the needs of faculty
• Demonstrated ability to translate faculty needs into practical policies and processes that enhance the professional environment and ensure the success of our faculty
