To oversee and direct the functions of the REL Project and Portfolio Management team, including strategic project and portfolio management, process improvement, change management and strategic planning. Implement system and process improvement efforts and maximize efficiencies through automation of processes to effectively improve front-line team member and membership/market needs. Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to influence key decisions by executive leadership. Manage daily activities of professional employees and/or managers.
