WSP is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Quality and Audit to support quality strategy and execution within the Power and Energy U.S. business line. This role helps translate enterprise quality priorities into practical actions that strengthen project delivery, improve consistency, reduce risk, and support successful business outcomes. The Assistant Vice President serves as a key partner to Business Line leadership, project teams, and operational stakeholders by supporting quality planning, governance, assessments, and continuous improvement efforts across the portfolio. Positioned within WSP’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) team, the role works closely with Operations, Project Delivery, and Health and Safety leaders to help embed quality into day-to-day delivery activities. Using insights from audits, project reviews, client feedback, operational trends, and performance data, the Assistant Vice President helps identify opportunities for improvement and supports targeted actions that strengthen execution and client confidence. The role also supports development of a positive and integrated HSEQ culture focused on accountability, communication, and proactive risk management. This position may be based in any WSP U.S. office.
