The Morgan Stanley at Work marketing department focuses on creating strategies and solutions to foster client and segment engagement and support advisors in winning and retaining business. This group is responsible for branding, communications, strategic marketing initiatives, and driving growth for the corporate/institutional suite of businesses. The Assistant Vice President - Morgan Stanley at Work Marketing will drive multi-channel digital marketing to deepen engagement during the participant's lifecycle, focusing on lead warming and overall engagement of products and services for employees receiving Morgan Stanley at Work's corporate services. This role is directly connected to key strategic communications to build relationships with employees receiving workplace benefits and will serve as the lead marketer for various campaigns, responsible for positioning, messaging, channel mix, and measurement/attribution.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing and/or communications experience within financial services
  • Experience leading marketing campaigns, both strategic direction and execution
  • Knowledge and passion for understanding the customer journey and client insights
  • Solid analytical and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, client focus and organizational skills
  • Strong ability to communicate & present to large audiences
  • Ability to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple engagements

Responsibilities

  • Define cross-channel campaign strategy across B2C audiences for various programs and initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to implement omnichannel tactics to engage key customer segments.
  • Drive best-in-class growth and communications across the customer journey utilizing modern tools and AI.
  • Synthesize data insights across customer demographics and web analytics to optimize engagement touchpoints and improve conversion.
  • Tap into customer insights and competitive intelligence to inform the go-to-market strategy and improve adoption tactics.
  • Actively engage with key stakeholders including technology, legal, compliance, risk, field communications, and other corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment and deliver on key business initiatives.
  • Evangelize the marketing experiences and associated journeys with internal stakeholders and key business partners.
