Essen Health Care is seeking a strategic, data-driven AVP of Marketing to serve as the Vice President’s strategic partner and operational leader of the marketing function. In this high impact role, you will be responsible for architecting and executing comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies that address the full marketing funnel; from building brand awareness and strengthening consideration to converting communities into lifelong patients. The AVP will translate enterprise growth objectives into measurable marketing strategies, oversee performance media and analytics, guide A/B testing and optimization frameworks, and ensure campaigns are aligned with business unit revenue goals. This leader must combine strategic thinking with hands-on fluency across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM tools, and digital attribution models.
