The AVP (Assistant Vice President), Care Management is responsible for providing support, service, leadership, and oversight for critical aspects of patient case management performed by affiliated entities ensuring regulatory compliance, developing and implementing educational resources, and providing standardized leading practice to the field. The position primarily serves internal co-workers and has access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information. Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices.
