Assistant Vice President, Business Solutions
About The Position
INOVA is hiring an AVP, Business Solutions to lead how the organization uses technology, data, and AI to drive real impact. This role will lead the function at the intersection of business, technology, and data, encompassing core and digital banking platforms, data, business intelligence, reporting, automation, development, AI-driven capabilities, project delivery, and cross-functional solutions. The position offers direct influence on AI application, work that impacts every department and member interaction, strategic partnership with executive leadership, and collaboration with a leader over infrastructure & security.
Requirements

- Maintain eligibility for membership with the credit union, including opening and maintaining the required membership savings account.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in financial services, banking, or credit unions
- Familiarity with core banking, digital banking, or regulated environments
- Experience with platforms such as Fiserv DNA, Alkami Digital Banking, or Lodestar Business Intelligence
