AVP, Brand Marketing Reports to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) SUMMARY The AVP, Brand Marketing is a senior enterprise leader who partners closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to shape and activate HSS’s enterprise brand strategy. This role translates the strategic brand vision, positioning, and narrative into high-impact marketing systems that drive growth across service lines, regions, and partnerships. The AVP brings market insight, creative leadership, operational rigor, and ownership of brand health metrics to ensure the brand’s performance, consistency, and influence across all marketing channels and touchpoints. The AVP serves as an enterprise integrator for brand marketing—aligning service line growth priorities, regional activation, content strategy, media performance, and narrative storytelling into a unified marketing engine. The role leads enterprise brand activation, governance, and portfolio prioritization to ensure clarity, speed, and impact.
