About The Position

Australian Venue Co. is on the hunt for an Assistant Venue Manager to join the leadership team across our incredible venues in Albury! This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a progressive AVM role with exposure across multiple venues, including: Beer Deluxe Albury, Birallee Tavern, Albion Hotel, The Bended Elbow. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, with the opportunity to grow your career under experienced leaders and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences across a variety of venues.

Requirements

Proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue
A passion for the industry and commitment to a successful career in hospitality
Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
Extensive restaurant and bar experience
Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
Current RSA
Desire to expand your skillset under the guidance of the Venue Manager
Strong financial skills and compliance focus
