About The Position
We are seeking an Assistant Trainer/Rider to be based in Hidden Valley, California. This role involves significant travel to the East Coast for various equestrian events and shows, including locations like Michigan, Devon Horse Show, and Wellington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equitation and hunters, be capable of riding 10-12 horses daily, and assist with training responsibilities. Experience in schooling client horses and competing in both hunter and jumper disciplines is essential. This position requires a team-oriented individual who is comfortable with both extensive travel and periods of staying at home.
