About The Position

The Assistant to the President for Strategic Initiatives and External Relations serves as a key advisor on external relations, institutional partnerships, and strategic initiatives that advance the University’s mission and priorities. This position is responsible for cultivating and strengthening relationships with civic, governmental, corporate, ecclesial, and community leaders to enhance the University’s visibility, reputation, enrollment, and long-term strategic position. Working collaboratively with University’s leadership, this role leads and coordinates high-impact strategic initiatives, facilitates cross-divisional collaboration, and develops partnerships that expand the University’s influence, resources, and engagement beyond the campus. The role serves as a catalyst for innovation and institutional advancement, ensuring alignment between presidential priorities and the successful execution of strategic objectives.
