Under the direction of Hospital Administration leadership, the Assistant to the Corporate Patient Experience Officer provides high-level administrative, operational, and communication support for the Patient Experience program. This position plays a key role in coordinating executive activities, maintaining critical records and reports, supporting organizational communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of departmental initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, technically skilled, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and executive-level customer service.
