As a valued member of our team, the Operations Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the COO, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical and administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging travel, and supporting daily business operations across multiple company locations. This role also assists with operational reporting, vendor coordination, purchasing support, and special projects within the ready-mix, aggregate, and trucking divisions.
