The Assistant to CEO is a high-trust, high-impact role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO. This position serves as the primary strategic integrator, turning vision into execution, ensuring alignment across teams, and driving accountability at every level of the organization. You will act as an extension of the Founder: organizing priorities, creating clarity, removing friction, and ensuring that critical initiatives move forward with discipline and follow-through. Over time, the role evolves from hands-on coordination to co-ownership of key operating rhythms and leadership processes.
