About The Position
Licking-Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. This role is for a Retail Box Truck Driver Assistant at the Heath, OH location. The position is Monday through Friday with occasional weekends, typically from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The pay rate is $11.78 per hour.
Requirements
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen (includes THC)
- Work in hot and cold temperatures
- Pass a Background check
- Must have the ability to stand for 4 hours as well as, bend, twist, stoop, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Assist truck drivers with deliveries and pick-ups
- Unload and load trucks manually as well as with a forklift
- Operate a baler as well as a pallet jack
