The Assistant Textbook Manager supports the daily operations of the course materials department by managing textbook adoption data, maintaining accurate item records in NetSuite, and assisting with inventory planning and faculty communication. This position plays a key role in ensuring course materials are available, affordable, and delivered on time for students and faculty. The position reports to the Course Material Manager. In the absence of the manager, this role supervises part-time cashier staff.
