About The Position
Beautiful Interlachen Country Club located in Winter Park, FL has a full-time opportunity in its vibrant Tennis program as an Assistant Tennis Pro. USPTA Qualification is a plus; 5.0 or above playing standard is preferred. Assistant Tennis Pros work with the Director of Tennis to ensure that the Tennis Department is meeting the needs of the Members and their guests.
Requirements
- Must be able to work weekdays and weekends as well as holidays.
- Required to demonstrate physical endurance while in constant motion.
- Requires occasional bending, stretching, lifting.
- Must be able to work in heat and sun for prolonged periods of time
Nice To Haves
- USPTA Qualification is a plus
- 5.0 or above playing standard is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provides group and individual lessons and clinics on the techniques and strategies of tennis to members and guests.
- Assists the Director of Tennis with the running of tennis tournaments and events
- Records court reservations and lessons appointments.
