About The Position
The Assistant Teacher helps provide daily care for children while supporting a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom. The role includes following licensing guidelines and company standards, engaging with children, observing and assessing their development, planning for their needs, and communicating effectively with families. The position includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
Responsibilities
- Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
- Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
