Requirements

English speaking is a must.
Minimum 21 years of age
Energetic, enthusiastic, loving and with passion to work with kids.
Effective communication skills verbal and written.
Certification in CPR and First Aid.
Ability and flexibility in working with various age groups.

Nice To Haves

Two years' experience as assistant teacher preferred.
CDA or Early Childhood certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Help create a happy, safe, and engaging classroom every day.
Welcome children, families, and visitors with warmth and positivity.
Support fun, age-appropriate lessons and learning activities.
Keep the classroom clean, organized, and display-ready.
Guide children with patience, kindness, and positive discipline.
Share updates with families about their child’s day and growth.
Complete daily paperwork and classroom tasks with care.
Join trainings, meetings, and school events with enthusiasm.
Bring a professional attitude, team spirit, and smile each day.
Spot opportunities to improve and work with the team to make it happen.
Assist the lead teacher in the lesson planning and executing of the curriculum in the classroom making sure children learn in a loving, nurturing environment.
