About The Position
The Assistant Teacher helps provide daily care for children at The Children's Courtyard on East Harmon Road. The role focuses on maintaining a fun, interactive, clean, and organized classroom; following licensing guidelines and company standards; engaging with children; observing and assessing their development; planning for their needs; and communicating effectively with families. The position includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
Requirements
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
- Energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children.
Responsibilities
