About The Position
This role involves supporting lead teachers in daily activities and lesson plans, ensuring the safety and development of children, and fostering a positive learning environment. The position requires effective communication and assistance with various daily tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for children
- Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check

Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily activities and lesson plans
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
- Help with classroom organization and cleanliness
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Assist with meals, snacks, and toileting as needed
- Encourage a positive, respectful, and engaging learning environment
