About The Position
Assistant Teachers provide daily care and support for children at a child care center. They follow licensing guidelines and company standards, help maintain a fun and interactive classroom that is clean and organized, and develop skills in observing, assessing, and planning for children and communicating effectively with families. The role includes extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.
Requirements
- Energetic and dependable, with a passion for working with children.
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
