Requirements

Love working with children
Some college required
1-2 Years of Experience in a licensed childcare center required
State specific (requirements)
Strong collaboration and communication skills are required
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position

Nice To Haves

CDA preferred
Prior experience in Montessori highly preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum
Prepare and organize learning materials
Supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment
Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Monitor children’s progress and development
Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day
