About The Position
Spring Education Group's Early Childhood Education Division, which includes nearly 150 schools, offers services from infant care through Pre-K/K programs, as well as summer camp and after-school programs. Chesterbrook Academy, part of this division, is seeking qualified Child Care Teachers for their Infant, Toddler, and Preschool programs. The academy aims to inspire lifelong learners by providing engaging educational experiences and a nurturing environment. They are looking for energetic and dedicated individuals passionate about making a lasting difference in children's lives every day.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age and meet state licensing requirements.
- Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
- A passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
- Authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and implement interactive, age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Foster a warm and consistent classroom routine that helps toddlers feel secure and confident.
