About The Position

We are looking for experienced teachers to join our talented team where we inspire children to be lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. Our affectionate and nurturing staff ensure that our children are instilled with the knowledge to succeed. We are looking for candidates that are as passionate about the growth and development of children as we are. As a Floater Teacher, you will bring energy and flexibility to our classrooms by leading and joining in on play-based activities that nurture each child’s social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth. Working alongside our lead staff, you will help children navigate the journey from infancy to school age, using our curriculum to make the transition into organized education both fun and seamless. Your role is essential in providing a warm, consistent environment through daily care like feeding, changing, and nap time, while also keeping the lines of communication open. By using our Classroom Management system, you will share meaningful updates and stay connected with both parents and fellow team members to ensure every child thrives.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in a relevant field is required.
