About The Position
This position is for the 2026-2027 School Year and requires 187 days of service per school year. The Assistant Teacher will support instruction in reading/language arts and mathematics.
Requirements
- Must possess an Associate's Degree or above; or at least 48 hours of earned college credit; or provide passing scores for the Work Keys test (Silver Certificate).
- Proficiency in reading and writing skills.
- Demonstrated interest in and a positive attitude toward the duties and responsibilities required to perform as an instructional assistant.
- Must pass a criminal background check as prescribed by state statute.
