About The Position
Join our team as a Full-Time Assistant Teacher and be part of a community that blends fun with learning in a safe and nurturing environment. We have open positions for Assistant Teacher (Twos) and Assistant Teacher (Preschool).
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- High School diploma or GED
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
Nice To Haves
- Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Create a welcoming classroom where children feel safe, respected, and inspired
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Help with routines such as meals, naps, and transitions while encouraging positive behavior
- Observe and document children’s growth and learning progress
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support school goals
