About The Position
The Goddard School in Beverly Hills, MI is seeking full-time assistant teachers to join their team, working with infants in a full-day childcare and preschool environment. The school is committed to providing a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment for children to develop into joyful and confident learners. Full-time positions involve a nine-hour shift with an hour break.
Requirements
- Passionate about positively impacting children's lives and making a difference in early childhood education.
- Energetic and nurturing.
- Willing to work full-time.
- Ability to work a nine-hour shift (8 am to 5 pm, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) with an hour break.
- CPR & First Aid Training.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with infants.
Responsibilities
- Observe children's interests and work with other teachers to develop creative ideas for an engaging curriculum.
- Communicate with parents daily, sharing their children’s latest adventures and achievements through a variety of avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
- Engage with other infant, toddler, and preschool teachers and continue to grow in the field of early childhood education.
