Requirements

• Hold a High School Diploma or its equivalent and are able to pass a background check.
• Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being.
• Collaborating with the lead teacher to plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development.
• Cultivating strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
