About The Position

Requirements
- Friendly, positive, and nurturing personality
- A genuine love for working with young children
- Passion for learning, creativity, and helping children explore the world
- Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
- Experience in childcare is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support hands-on, play-based learning that encourages curiosity and discovery
- Build positive relationships with children and support their social and emotional growth
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom organization
- Collaborate with a supportive teaching team to bring learning to life each day
