About The Position
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assistant Teachers/Teacher's Aides. This role involves supporting lead teachers in classroom activities and providing a nurturing environment for children. We offer various shift options, including full-time and part-time, with opportunities for professional development and educational advancement.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Willingness to take at least 3 online education courses to achieve their CDA.
Nice To Haves
- College students enrolled in education or a related field.
- Previous daycare experience.
- Mon-Fri availability preferred for college students, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers in daily classroom activities.
- Assist in creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Provide care and supervision for children.
- Communicate with parents and staff as needed.
