This role involves supporting program maintenance and evaluation by collecting and recording data, ensuring compliance with Oak Hill's policies and regulations. The Assistant Teacher Substitute is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and well-being of program participants, assisting them with daily living skills and personal hygiene. They will also facilitate program activities by preparing necessary materials and ensuring participant health and well-being through medication administration and observation of any changes in behavior or appearance. Protecting participants and employees through First Aid and CPR, and maintaining confidentiality of all information are also key responsibilities.
