Responsibilities
- Assist with daily classroom activities and lesson plans
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and structured learning environment
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Engage children in age-appropriate learning activities and play
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Communicate professionally with parents, teachers, and management
- Assist with documenting children's development and progress
- Help maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations
- Respond to children's individual needs with patience and empathy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom
- Work collaboratively with your teaching team
- Follow health, safety, and state licensing requirements
- Learn and grow your skills with the goal of advancing into a Lead Teacher position
