About The Position
BROOKSIDE COUNTRY CLUB IS IN SEARCH OF AN ASSISTANT SWIM COACH FOR THE 2027 SEASON. The Assistant Coach should be an experienced swim coach who is knowledgeable about all aspects of team operations.
Requirements
- Prior coaching experience and the ability to effectively support swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
- Familiarity with running and managing a swim meet.
- Working knowledge of SwimTopia and Meet Maestro, including meet setup and management.
- Working knowledge of Team Manager and Meet Manager, with a willingness to adapt to SwimTopia and Meet Maestro.
Responsibilities
- Running and managing a swim meet.
- Sending clear, timely weekly emails to swimmers and families with team updates and important information.
- Being responsive to text messages and other team communications in a timely and professional manner.
- Working collaboratively with the Head Coach, coaching staff, and team leadership to ensure a positive and organized swim season.
